60% isn't bad, really.
I'm getting there. I don't suck, but I've got a ways to go.

Ethics/Personal Life:
Has a blog post ever got you into trouble? Possibly. It depends on how you define trouble. How many people do you know face-to-face who read your weblog? Four or five, possibly more. Have you met any of your regional (or even remote) bloggers? I've never met any remote bloggers-- although I'd like to-- and as far regional, I know them all. Do you modify or delete posts? How often? Why? I will modify if I see a glaring grammatical mistake or delete if I feel I'm giving the wrong impression. How much is your weblog a part of your personal identity? I'd say it's fairly important. When I write in my blog, it's probably a bit more personal than it should be, but my goal with my blog is literally to reveal the heart of a poet. I write down whatever I'm feeling at that moment. It's a grumble spot, a place to poeticize, and just show who I am to people. Do you feel like people who don't know about your blog don't really know you? No, because there are friends who don't read who know me quite well. However, reading my blog would give anyone a head start on knowing me, sadly enough. How has blogging changed your life? It's improved my writing and that's life-changing to me. It's also brought me closer to a lot of online friends. Technical/Design: Do you know how to code at all? A fair amount. Did you learn how to code by blogging? No. What weblogging tool do you use and why? BlogSpot. I was introduced to blogging that way, and that's the way I've kept it. Does the design seem like something that is just something that has to be dispensed with in order to be able to write publicly, or is your design an integral part of your writing and presentation? Interesting question. I don't have the skills or time to make a uniquely-Camille blog, but I was lucky enough to find the beautiful template I now use, and I'd consider it to be an integral part of my blog. How many times have you changed your weblog design entirely (or nearly so)? Hm. There was the original 'Bohemian Storm,' which became 'Breakfast at Tiffany's or the mean reds" (Can't remember which. . .) About three times. Readership/Motivation: How many people would you guess (educated guess based on hit counts/logfiles) read your weblog on a weekly basis at least? About twenty-five to thirty people, I'd guess. What have you done to get more people to look at your site? *abashed* I'm a whore for glib media attention. I've joined cliques, posted my address on profiles at ff.net and the avonlea forum, and joined blogsnob. I like people to read what I write. What one or two characteristics make a blog really popular? Design for drawing people in, good writing to keep them. Are there things that you could do to have more people read your weblog that you conciously do not do? Why? Ugh. I don't know-- the glib media whore thing, remember? I guess post it in everything I do. . . oh, wait. I do that. ;) What really popular weblog do you think most deserves it...and/or least deserves it? I think the news article blogs are kind of dumb. I'd say the one that most deserves to be popular is Norah's, although I can think of a dozen more who also deserve it. How do you feel about your readership? They rock! :) It's also a bit scary, because I have no idea who half these people are. What makes for a quality readership to you? Someone who reads the posts as both a reflection of myself and a projection onto the world around us. Influence of Other Bloggers: What other blogger is most responsible for you starting your own weblog? Celyn and Kara. Kara told me I should get one, and Lita got me in gear by starting the GRRR bloggie. Who was the first other blogger (that you know of) who put you on their sidebar, and how did you feel? How did it influence your blogging? You know. . . I don't know. It was probably a GRRR girl. The first from the forum was Sea, I know that. What other blogger do you most admire for her writing skills? Norah (Groove Theory) and Meri (Jabbering Flibbergibbet). That's a hard question because I have a lot of friends who are writers, and their blogs are all wonderfully written. What other blogger do you most admire for her design skills? Definitely Cordelia's Civility. Her blog (design and writing, while I'm at it) is just lovely. Who is a blogger that you think is really good but doesn't get nearly the attention they are worthy of? Meri. Although I'm not sure she wants attention. :) Do you feel obligated to have people on your link lists/sidebars that you never read? I pretty much read them all at least once a week. Most I visit daily or every other day. What one or two characteristics define a really quality blog (in your humble opinion, of course)? Something that has thought and effort put into it. I like it when people don't continually post what they've had for lunch. ;) Bonus Question: Do you fear The Booge? Sure.
